The Cooley Coast Run on 9 May 2026 is a beautiful run along the Cooley Coast in Carlingford, Co. Louth.

There are two race distances available, a 10km road race and a 5km run/walk. The 10km route takes competitors along Cooley’s famous coast line, taking in the wonderful scenery of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne and Cooley mountains.

The 5km course is an inland loop and does not run alongside the coast.
