Darkness Into Light is a 5km fundraising walk held in multiple locations across Ireland at 4:15am on the morning of 9 May 2026.

The funds raised through Darkness Into Light supports Pieta’s lifesaving free services to people in your community that have been affected by suicide or self-harm. Darkness Into Light is Pieta’s biggest fundraiser.

Join together to walk from the darkness of night into the light of morning to help in the global fight against suicide and self-harm.
